「The checking process was not friendly amd poor response to questions and emails」

「It was nice for a budget hotel. Well maintained and quiet. Staff were friendly. Made to order breakfast was a nice touch but low food quality. Evening reception was great. My main gripe is with amenities. Since I booked 3rd party I was treated as less as a guest as it relates to accessing some amenities. Had it not been for Expedia, I wouldn’t have spent my money there in the first place so I feel it is short sighted to not welcome us as full guests.」

「Cute remodeled hotel, but does not have standard amenities I am used to. You have to specifically ask / indicate you want your room cleaned, the tv was difficult to navigate and lacked various apps you would typically have available, I wasn’t able to readily locate the WiFi password, and there was a man’s hair in the bathtub before we used it. 「Staff was very rude! Booked on line for 2 adults, just so happens that it took staff 15 minutes to "find" my reservation and somehow on the managers phone it showed only 1 adult. Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy. There was not enough towels in the room. Roll of toilet paper was almost empty, no Kleenex. Would never stay again or recommend this hotel to...
