HORRIBLE do not go!!!
They dont take expedia so they will charge you twice and tell you to deal with expedia to get refund. No apologies no accountability no care at all. They bought this hotel from hilton from december 2025 and literally changed nothing the signs on the wall are coming off. We woke up on day 2 no water no electricity. WOW. You can hear everything from the other rooms so thin walls. They do not care about you at they didn’t apologize for the electricity and water loss for couple hours! Imagine a hotel with no water or electricity. Its isolated from everything theres nothing around you need to walk 20 mins for the tube. HORRIBLE HOTEL DO NOT GO.

We checked in a room that the bathtub was damaged. After our complaint, the staff addressed the issue immediately and offered us an upgraded room. Obviously, the location of the hotel is unbearable, next door to the Buckingham palace!
