"The young man with half-long hair at the front desk of this hotel had a very bad attitude. He arranged for us to stay on the 4th floor of the hotel. There was an extremely pungent smell of chemicals on the 4th floor at that time. Around 12 o'clock in the evening, my husband and I felt short of breath. We went to the front desk and asked to change rooms. I asked the front desk why he put us on the 4th floor, which had a strong chemical smell, because there were rooms on other floors, which caused our bodies to be harmed. He(the young man with half-long hair at the front desk) said: "I don't care".I will never stay at this hotel chain again."

"Don’t stay on the north side of the hotel unless you like road noise from the interstate. A/C made some noise to drown out the traffic noise. Got up at 6:30 AM to find very limited hot water in the shower."

"I enjoyed my overnight stay. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was great. It was clean and comfortable and quiet and near everything I had to go. I love the 2 PM check-in and the late checkout of noon. You don’t see that too often. Again, I will definitely make this a stop, but I need to get away."

"There was no hot water in the room. We had to change rooms. The outlet cover in the bathroom was broken into pieces. Looked like it had been smashed. When we went to eat breakfast, there was no hot food. It was 9:10 and the breakfast quit serving at 9:30."
