"The front desk guy, (forgot his name), at the Holiday Inn in Surprise, AZ was one of the most efficient if not the best efficient guy I’ve ever dealt with at any Hotel front desk. Everything else re the hotel was also great, zero issues of any kind."

"Apparently newly renovated with new name, because when I asked where the place was from a local as I got gas there he had no idea. And it is a small town... TV system a little wonkity, but good bed. Free drink coupon at nearby bar, You can leave keys in room when you leave."

"I stay here every time I pass thru Ely. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub make for a relaxing stay after a long motorcycle ride. Onsite steak house is convenient, however; not used. The price is right!"

"Great place for the money, very inexpensive. But, one of the outlets did not work so coffee maker and blow dryer did not work. Internet signal was so weak, we could not get our iPhones and laptop computer to connect. So, we gave up on that. Staff very friendly, though."
