"The room itself was great. Plenty of plugs available, nice king bed and easy to get to. Loved that water and snacks were available for free as well as breakfast coupons for the steakhouse. We did not have sheets for the sofa bed and it was late when returned so we all (3)just slept in the bed. We had a non smoking room however we had to walk through smoke to get to it. One of the pillows had dried blood stains on it..."

"Susie at the front desk is absolutely the best front desk clerk I have EVER dealt with. Also want to mention I had a flat tire on my rental car and STEVE OF STEVES TIRES came and took the tire. Fixed it and returned to my hotel and put the new repaired tire on the car and the spare neatly placed back on one truck. All in a matter of hours. 9:35 pm - 10:30 am. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"
