「Clean and tastefully decorated. Close to everything but on a quieter lane of the main area. Lovely little balcony that I used. Welcome drinks and good coffee. Katerina was very warm and helpful. She stored our luggage after checkout which was helpful and gave us useful restaurant recommendations. Sweet place. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Very central and well located. Staff are veryy nice. Will come here again. The only negative point which didnt get them a 10/10 is the bathroom ventilation. The sound of it even when closing all doors is unbearable. I had to unplug electricity to make it go off. It is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. I advise changing it. 「A beautiful Boutique Hotel. Excellent service. The staff was amazing! Every one from the front desk to the bar and restaurant were so courteous and friendly. We stayed at the presidential suite which was extremely comfortable with 2 floors and a private terrace. Also, the breakfast was top notch!」

「很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。」

「This was a cute and very clean room in the middle of Old Town Chania. Perfect location, one block from the harbor. The room was cleaned every day and there was a lovely terrace for coffee. George responded quickly to all questions. We would definitely stay there again.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean upon arrival and cleaned and made up daily. The breakfast was great and the balcony breakfast area was just lovely. Staff always ready with helpful recommendations. We took advantage of the laundry service which was great. Location of hotel was very central and walkable to the tourist areas. Highly recommend!」

The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. 「Amazing location in old town. Very close to the shops and market but not on the centre of it. Quiet location. The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night. Highly recommend staying here. Their customer service was amazing. 」

「Perfect location along the waterfront. Beautiful room - very well decorated. Easy walk to many restaurants, shops, views. Great view from balcony. Very quiet when you close the windows and turn on A/C so slept very well. Parking limited in the area - if you are staying longer they might let you park behind hotel if there is room. Staff very accommodating.」
