"The room is clean. All was expected. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was extremely caring and helpful. We left a bag in the room and didn't realize it until hours after. Emily and her boss tried everything they could to get it dropped to FedEx so we can have it in time for our next trip. That is way beyond expectations."
