"Wir waren schon zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel und sind sehr zufrieden, leider war der Empfang dieses Mal nicht zufriedenstellend. In einen deutschen Hotel kommt man beim Empfang mit der Landessprache nicht weiter. Da ich kein Englisch spreche war das einfach unmöglich eine Anmeldung ohne Zeichensprache ..."
