Rooms were not vacuumed, there was someone else's hair in the bathroom, (not just a stran either) and the "breakfast area" was not clean. The toilet was just used with remains left in it as well as a dirty towel on the bathroom counter. The bed comforter was covered in stains as well. I was also double charged for my room without given any information from the front desk employee who did not understand English well.
