Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "Great alps getaway, great restaurant and terraces."

"Das einzige was ein paar Sterne mehr verdient ist Personal was Frühstück betreut. Gesamte Rest ist im Bezug auf Preis-Leistung eine pure Katastrophe. Ein ganz besonderes Apel an miserabel organisierte Parkmöglichkeiten! Alles in einem absoluter Reinfall nicht zu empfehlen!"

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Lovely hotel! I had a very spacious superior single room with balcony, with an amazing view! Great breakfast, great spa area. I enjoyed a lot the pool, water temperature was perfect and the size was enough for a relaxed swim. "

"The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out. This hotel does not have a lift and therefore is a problem for less physically able personnel. Although we had a large bedroom with all the usual bits and pieces,...

"Sehr freundliches, flexibles und entgegengekommenes Personal. Man fühlt sich immer willkommen und wie zu Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt, absolut zentral und doch ruhig. Das umfangreiche und frische Frühstücksangebot und der tolle Aussenpool mitten im Grünen, umgeben von blühenden Blumen und mit Blick auf den eindrucksvollen Lecher Hausberg Omeshorn, sind für mich weitere Highlights."
