「Staff were great, room was very nice and clean.」

「This property was older than it looked in the photos and the bedding was a blanket not a doona cover as pictured in some of the pictures. The location was exceptional with a view onto the beach from our balcony so we could see sunrise. The apartment was spacious and had washer dryer facilities but again was on the older side. The garage parking also wasn't super convenient. But the location and veil were really key selling points!」

「Allegra is in a fabulous location across from the beach in Hervey Bay. The heated pool is excellent as are the gym facilities. Our apartment had its own outdoor hot tub & washing machine and was beautifully styled. The addition of Nespresso coffee machine would have made it perfect. The restaurant attached to the resort (privately owned) wasn’t open that much which was disappointing for getting breakfast or snacks.」

「We were expecting an ocean view instead we got the side view into somebody yard not what we planned for. Staff were great and understanding but could fix the issue.」

「Not quite sure what happened with our booking but the room advertised certainly was not a 1bd townhouse! We must have been given the left over availabilities that looked nothing like our booking. Can't believe they would even offer these rooms knowing the condition they are in! Booked a 1br townhouse was shown a 2br apartment not a townhouse which was old and had a very unsightly courtyard right in the middle of apartment. Husband queried booking so we were moved into a 3bd townhouse, 2 rooms...

「No view but excellent spot. Very clean but a bit old fashion. In general it was good 👍 for a family stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was good 😊」
