"Overall, my stay was okay, but two major issues stood out. First, the towels provided in my room appeared unwashed and stained. Second, while making waffles during breakfast, I saw a large roach on the floor right next to the food station. Aside from these hygiene concerns, the stay was fine."

"the stay was ok. the bathroom needed to be cleaned better. There was no hair dryer in bath. The breakfast was ok but no fruit. The lighting in the whole room was not good. Need more light in bath and bedroom. The staff was very friendly."
