"This was a very surprising place and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took great care of the facilty and our rooms. Fresh towels everyday and cleaned rooms."

"Overall this stay was great. Location was good. Every place we wanted to visit was only 5-15 minutes away. My favorite feature is the balcony. The light rain made the weather so nice and welcoming, we enjoyed the end of the night on that balcony; being from the city where rhe weather is 100 degrees at night, that is a privilege to be able to do in the middle summer. One thing I wouldn't mind is having the pool open until 11pm instead of 10pm. That's all."

"We like the property, but it could use an update. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they had a staffing issue which made our requested room not ready upon check in. I told them if it helped any I would take whatever room they had available and I got an upgraded room! a really nice surprise and it was so appreciated. Anytime we visit Prescott, we will likely stay at this property. They offer a nice breakfast and it's located around plenty of restaurants and shopping."

"The hotel was great. Expedia on the other hand, sucks. There was a mistake in the booking. I called Expedia to see if there was a way to fix it. The representative from Expedia said he called the hotel and that the hotel wouldn't refund for the money for booking. The problem? I was standing next to the owner of the hotel, and he was standing next to the phone. Expedia never called. They lied. I called them out on it, and they told me the person they talked to told them it was violation of there...
