"Clean room with kitchen and bathroom amenities that fit our needs. Our room was next to the street so it was noisy. Note to those who might need an elevator - there is not one."
"We were given a free upgrade without us even realizing, the kitchenette is stocked with nice cookware and ample dishes and the bedwas extremely comfortable."
"Checkin was easy as, personally taken to our room and real milk in the fridge. Unit very clean and had everything that one could want for an overnight stay. Double glazing meant the rooms were very cosy and there was no road noise from vehicles traveling on the state highway just a few meters away. The bed was extremely comfortable, the internet was free and worked well and the 50 channels of Sky TV were a bonus. Highly recommend."
"Room was very neglected and furniture was way passed used by date, cracked imitation leather, dirty ... couldnt have cuppa cos jug was tainting the water, been burnt or something, disgusting. Didnt sleep in sheets. Map that was sent was totally wrong and it took almost half hour to find unit as it was dark and nobody answered the phone. Never complained before ever"
"We primarily booked the motel for the pool. Unfortunately we found after we checked in that the pool was closed due to treatment. That it would remain closed for at least the week. We also found the rooms not up to the 9.2 rating the motel had previously received. We were left disappointed. The staff member at check in made a rude comment about the changes we had asked for. While we appreciate the changes were made, if it was such a hardship we could have gone elsewhere. There was no reason to be so rude. We found that the photos made the motel seem a lot nicer and spacious then it is. We were also told that we would be charged an additional 18% for using expedia. It was very confusing. "
"Exceptional stay at this off-the-grid cabin in the heart of Waipara wine country. Sue was an incredibly gracious host and the setting (especially the views and bath) were amazing. Highly recommend!"
