"Being on hotels.com i expected this to be at a much greater standard than this. It really is a bnb rather than a hotel. It is in a beautiful rural setting with expansive view but the facilities are old and tired. Much less than i expected."

"We had a party of 4 and were in Room 1 which had 2 single beds in the bedroom and a queen bed in the lounge so was perfect for our group. Room 1 has its own parking space away from the others so no problem there. The main car-parks are normal size, the issue is the size of the vehicle using them ... when everyone has an SUV ... then yes, car-parking is tight. The rooms were spotless and quite spacious so we never felt claustrophobic. Big bathroom allowed for plenty of room to change and the...

"Property was clean & tidy, and was serviced every day with clean towels and bed made. Entrance to Facility coming off the main road from the city is a bit dangerous when traffic is coming from Kamo. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at Kingswood."
