There wasn't much to like, it offered free breakfast, NOT AVAILABLE, pictures of the room, must be the only room like that, it was dirty, back door was left open so anyone could walk into the place & the hallways were full of foxtail & other crap that could blow in. Expedia should not be part of this Inn.

I am sorry that you were upset that breakfast was not served.We are not offering hot breakfast since the pandemic.15% of the room price you paid is deducted from expidia, and a breakfast of about 20 for each guest including drinks is almost 60 for three people, and labor costs are not included. This is so unfair.Hiring cooks and waitresses to prepare breakfast from 5:30 in the morning is a big burden for a hotel.If we can get around 200 per guest, we might be able to provide it.And no hotel in town offers a hot breakfast.We turned off the light in the hallway because we don't use it, so we turned off the lights because rooms 133 and 134 can be used outside and no one has a reason to use the hallway. Turn on the light whenever necessary.We apologize for any inconvenience.I apologize once again.
No hot water. Had to go to connected building that had more rooms for a shower. Dirty towels in an uncleaned room. Lumpy bed. Hot humid room. Not happy. Don't recommend

Before you check in, I was told that hot water was not coming out due to a malfunction in the hot water boiler. There is hot water in the kitchenette room in the annex other than the main building, so if you want a shower there, you can do it. You said yes and checked in. The annex does not have a smoking room, so I did not provide it to you. And I was guided to the annex room to shower in the morning.
How much service do you want after paying $62.
If you were not satisfied with the service, there was a Best Western or Ramada next door, and you should have stayed there.
Why do you come to a cheap place and have a good time and talk nonsense?

Don't do that...
Room is classified as Executive suite. I understand it is a small not brand name but, hotels.com should check things out. Terrible , a/c not working, bar/lounge not open/ restaurant not open.
We will cancel our hotels.com membership if you are not credibiltle.

The room was so hot all night even with the heat turned off and the window wide open my bedding although clean smells like old deep frying Grease it was horrible to put my face into that pillow. This place is run down and seems more like a camp trailer that you would find in a oilfield and reeks of weed in the hallways. I will not be staying here again. The man at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating
Property is just a bit old and run down but was taken care off to the best of the staffs ability. Took awhile for the heat to kick in but once it did we where warm. However the price does reflect the conditions so over all it’s ok

Very old and in need of a major Reno.
Carpets in the room are filthy. Sheets had holes in them. But it had hot water and no mice, so that was a plus, I guess. Would be ok for $50/night.
There was hair in the tub and all over the bathroom floor. The tub looked like it had never been scrubbed. The walls were filthy. We didn’t even want to pull back the sheets back to see what was hiding in there. Wouldn’t have wanted to get in them without Horatio Caine inspecting them first!
It was the nastiest place I had ever tried to stay. I opened up the door to the room and was the same when built.I left and will never use Expedia again. You guys should check these places before you ask people to stay there. I WANT my money refunded
The walls need to be washed and carpet cleaned or replaced,the bed was comfortable and clean

Basically you get what you pay for.
Pros: Clean sheets and hot water. Cons: Non-smoking rooms are stained with smoke, fridge was broken, tiny heat blower for heat and window-mounted AC for cold.
And there’s a couch in my room with a queen size b
And there’s a couch in my room with a queen size bed with the TV coffee table is perfect and you could tell the walls could’ve been washed down I was in the smoking room but it looks like they’ve never wash the walls
Very dirty room and bathroom, would never stay again. Definitely not work the effort or cash to stay there.

The motel was older but in reasonably good shape they were clean to the best they could be for older Motel in the rooms were nice and cool and it was 30° outside
You're going to get a different experience at Pebble Beach, but really not so dissimilar from the intention and execution given the means available here. Canadian Forces and locals eat in the restaurant here. That's its own recommendation.
Old and run down. Dirty carpet, had to put towels on the floor to wipe feet before getting into bed. Floor tile was sticky and greasy. Smelly and stained bedding. "Furniture" broken and dirty. Cracked and broken ceiling tile held in place with tape. Just a crappy hotel and should not be rented out.
Nostalgia is the feeling I got from my stay here. Back in the 70's when built it was quite something. Very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room that I had.
It is fitting that this is called the Springs Motor Inn because springs are what you get in the beds. Not in any way comfortable! While acceptably clean, the rooms were half renovated (laminate flooring partially laid over old carpet). My room was invaded by hundreds of flying ants that came through openings around the window sill.

Basic hotel.
This is a bare-bones basic hotel.......nothing special.....except the price. If you are looking for a basic room, the price is right. I would stay again......but don't expect anything special.

The price isn't bad but the front entrance and hallway had a horrible musty smell. The people at the desk were helpful but overall the place needs to be updated to get rid of the musty smell.

Economic Stay
This motel is comparatively inexpensive compared to hotels in the area. The advantage too is having a Japanese Restaurant right on the premises. But there is no central heating. Each room has a little portable heater. Kind of primitive! Other than that, after you close your eyes, all rooms look the same.
