「Unfortunately there were renovation works taking place... so trying to relax with hammers and chainsaw was not ideal. I wish we had been advised when I booked. 「I called and messaged ahead of time that my flight is delayed so I will be checking in late. When I arrived the hotel was closed and was locked up- gate had a huge ped lock. We couldn’t get in. We had to find a different accommodation. Very disappointing. Want my refund back.」
