Booked room with balcony, aircon and separate bedroom (Room 1A) and a view of the town. Got a room with no balcony, no aircon and mezzanine bed space and a view over car park. No help from check in, no apology, nada. The property was excellent in cleanliness and presentation.

Aangenaam verblijf

We verbleven in 1A. Dat is een van de kleinste kamers , maar absoluut nog zeer ruim als koppel en eigenlijk meer als we nodig hadden (passeerden met fiets op Vennbahn). Veel duurder als andere kamers in de omgeving , maar in se dat wel waard door superieure kwaliteit oa bed , kamer , badkamer. Het restaurant beneden is al enkele maanden dicht. Het Italiaanse restaurant 100 meter hoger in de straat Aux Saveurs d'Italie wasabsoluut goed en veel beter als gemiddelde lokale Italiaan, 3 dagen ervoor ook erg tevreden van het restaurant van Hotel Cyrano

ruime parkeermogelijkheden minder dat niet vermeld was dat de receptie in hun andere hotel op 5 km rijden was kamer was bij aankomst niet opgeruimd maar dit werd nogal vlot verholpen door een upgrade naar een ruimere kamer het bijhorende restaurant is een aanrader , lekker gegeten

The restaurant is great. I have a fish (Raie) which was outstanding. Make a reservation for dinner, so that you do not miss out.

Best Hotel around Spa

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Top notch rooms. Very clean. Good food and breakfast. And the resident dog(if you see it) is absolutely lovely.

Gezellig aparthotel in stadskern

Gezellig aparthotel = studio'tje in een hotel. Je beschikt over een eigen keuken met koelkast, afwasbak, kookplaat, koffieapparaat, keukengerei,... er is een tafel met 4 stoelen en een aparte zetel. Dit is echt een ruime eetplaats + een balkonnetje. de slaapplaats is ook ruim en voorzien van een kleerkast en bankjes. De badkamer is mooi afgewerkt, heeft een inloopdouche, toilet en 1 lavabo. Enige minpuntje... wij zijn 2 lavabo's gewend en staan vak samen in de badkamer. Alles was kraaknet! Wel wat lawaai van de buren/keukenpersoneel? tot in de late uurtjes. Restaurant aanwezig op de benedenverdieping. Hier hebben we enorm lekker gegeten!
