「Wow. Luxurious property with the friendliest staff. The food was everything was picked from their farm. So fresh, generous portions, and organic! Our stay was simply amazing. We stayed in both the Floating Villa, and then the Bankee Chalet. Highly reccomend. Everyone in that visits Sri Lanka should come here.」

「Sad case of lovely hotel falling into decay after Covid. We four were only guests for our two day stay. Staff could not do enough but could not find booking, pool very neglected and rooms although enormous could do with a large amount of tender loving care. One I hope succeeds in the future.」

「Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Spider life is rampant so staff could pay more...
