"Staff nice"

"Great location right across from the beach. Rooms are quiet despite the activity outside on the street. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast spread was amazing, had lots of local options to try. Our only complaint is that it says that you have free self-park on site which is not true. It was a scramble just to find any random parking on the street. "

"If you are looking to explore Petra this is a great hotel. Just a 5 or 10 minute walk to the entrance. And there are many restaurants on the street nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was ok and staff friendly. The room was clean and wifi good."

"The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. Other than breakfast, it is a bare-basics place. Clean room to start with, not much more."

"Great experience all around. The staff was exceptional, the room service was fantastic, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. The fact that it’s right next to Petra makes it incredibly convenient and adds even more to the overall experience."
