I was willing to give it a chance.

I was willing to give it a chance, but the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, hair on the floor, and the stench was so bad we left at 4:45 am. Location was great and workers were friendly but overall it mad me sad

This is a quiet place to stay. I’m sure it’s not always that way, but we have stayed there twice this far and it’s been a pleasant stay.

Basic but clean.

Room was clean. Easy and fast check in. Great location and close to food and shopping. Refrigerator was nice and cold. Will stay again. Only 2 pillows for each bed. We did not ask if more were available.

Check in was quick, the staff was friendly. The room was okay, but mainly because the bad was comfortable and I was exhausted. Otherwise, regular maintenance is clearly not done. The toilet paper holder wouldn’t hold a roll. Towel rack was barely attached and the place hasn’t been painted in decades. It was moderately clean. You get what you pay for and $35 was about the right price.

Staff was nice and pleasant. Breakfast very very basic. Coffee good. Cleanliness of stairwells was poor. Facility in great need of maintenance and upkeep as well as renovation.

Great location to Baylor and convenient to downtown. But property was neglected. Mold in tub around faucet, musty smell, small stains on sheets. Breakfast was very low supply, never staff in the office. Ice machine was a plus, unlimited. Lack of vending machines other than sodas.

Nothing displeasing about the property. It’s decent. Just not for the price we paid. The door to our room looked like it had been shimmied or broke into at some point in its existence. When we closed the door and locked it, there was still a gap to where I could see out. Just kept it locked and covered it up with a towel. Rooms are clean and don’t have any residual smell.

Nightmare!

Arrived directly from the airport to check in and was told my reservation was canceled without notice. The front desk clerk was quite rude and not at all helpful in any way shape or form. Horrific experience! Would never recommend or stay there.
