Tv did not work roaches everywhere and my ac leaked water all over the floor! The only positive was it was cheap and in a good part of town. Right next to good restaurants!

For the price and location 1.5 km from silo This hotel was great value - clean & neat, good amenities & facilities in room . The staff were super helpful & happy .

Better than Motel 6 Bellmead

This hotel was way better than the Motel 6 in bellmead. Hospitality was way better also. Very nice, caring, people. I'd rather stay here than in bellmead. No roaches which was a plus.

Walls were dirty, there were blood stains on the covers, and the tub was filthy. There was also a hole on the ceiling, in the bathroom and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Before we made it to the room, one of the staff went & checked the room to make sure it was clean and came back and said it was good. That was unacceptable, and very disappointing.

This was a basic room which was okay but it was pretty worn. I did not expect a lot from a cheap stay. Daily service for the room which was nice. Unfortunately you share the room with cockroaches. I would have given a better review because my expectations were not high due to the price but bugs just ruined it.

Broken TV, said it was located in downtown Waco. It is not. It's right off the highway. Not very clean. TV broken in room. The mattress move off the bed frame while sleeper. Bathrooms are dirty. No manager on property.

Check in quick and easy, room clean, bed comfy, could use larger drapes because the parking lot lights shine through deficits in window coverings the room was never dark enough to quickly fall asleep- thicker window coverings may drown out some road noise as well. The room has large frig, microwave, toaster convient touch! Walking distance to a few resturants. I think it was the value I paid for!

We liked the proximity to places we wanted to visit, however when we walked into our room, we were not prepared for the poor condition. The floor was filthy. I took paper towels and cleaned the areas we walked on. We were concerned with signs around the property that spoke about no responsibility for theft.

Adequate

Room was clean but lacked key amenities like shampoo and an actual closet. The light switch plates in the bathroom were half cracked off exposing the electrics and the bathtub badly needs refinishing. There is no outlet accessible on the desk, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a desk to work at with a computer. There are a few restaurants that are across the parking lot, so that was convenient. It was a place to sleep for the night but I would not stay there for an extended trip.

The room was spacious. For me, I enjoyed the bed. However, my wife thought that the bed was not hard enough. If I needed to use the desk in the room, it did not have a lamp to use at night. The exit sign was not lit. One of the second story lights needed to be repaired. The staff was friendly and helpful. Being close to the highway presents a person to highway noises.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

The staff was great but the room was below par. The beds were amazing and slept great. The bathroom was dirty with paint in the tub and the shower head was pulled out from the wall making it unusable. It was filthy and the door looked like someone had put their fist through it and the bottom of it was rotted. Very disappointed in the overall property and would NOT RECOMMEND IT. The beds were the only good thing about it. They were very comfortable.
