"The hotel is really nice in general. The pool is heated., the rooms and beds are comfy, the AC doesn’t make noise because it doesn’t have those big AC equipment like other hotels (this is great). definitely I will stay here again. "

"After a long day of traveling, was ready to shower and go to bed. We arrived after the office was closed. Went to our room and everything appeared to be in great condition and clean at first glance. Pulled the covers back and it was very obvious the sheets had BOT been changed. A perfect body and butt print was in the sheets and they were wrinkled and obviously slept in. Pillows had dirt and what appeared to be makeup or oil on them. Floors were FILTHY!!! Brought the issue up to the on site host the following day after someone arrived. Was moved to another room. Everything appeared clean and in much better condition. Went to take a shower and the shower floor was nasty. I would not recommend this hotel due to lack of cleanliness. It is overpriced for the service offered. Will not stay again."

"When we arrived we had to wait at check in for at least 20mins for the receptionist to even come to the desk. Multiple other guests waiting ahead of us for 30mins. They room was great and breakfast was good. They double charged me for the stay and had to contact the manager multiple times to get a refund. "
