"My husband and I really enjoy this hotel. The staff is great, food is awesome and rooms are clean. The only issue we have is that when we were there, the main lobby had a strong scent to it. It smelled like they use a cleaner with harsh scents to it. Other than that, it was amazing. "

"The staff were the rudest people I have ever met. They would constantly interrupt me. I spent over 8 hours one way to visit this university, and my trip was completely ruined by the rude staff here. They aggressively told me that I have checked out late when I was almost certain I had another day in my reservation at the time. I wished only to talk over complications with my reservation, but they were aggressive and claimed that I paid for 2 nights but actually only will receive one. They demanded I leave without talking to them about extending my stay.They took an extra night's worth of money and forced me to leave the morning after taking an 8 hour journey to get there. They ruined my trip and the hotel currently refuses to discuss any of this and claim no wrongdoing whatsoever. I calming called to discuss this situation and the front desk hung up almost immediately."

"I feel like they need to be more up front about their $100 deposit on TOP of the nightly rate. I'm hoping that extra falls off so I don't have to report it as fraud. Also, our room was so smokey smelling, we left smelling like smoke & my kids were stuffy after leaving. All our stuff smelled like smoke, I immediately had to wash our clothes when we got home. They had 2 towels in the bathroom when we booked for 3 people. I had 2 kids with me, of course neither cartoon channel worked. I wanted the kids to have a bath, there was no plug so I used a washcloth. Then when it filled there was tons of leftover fuzz in the tub (not from cloth). Also, this was a very noisy hotel. Like paper thin walls. And at some point about 12a it sounded like someone knocked on our door? Yeah, I won't be back. The staff was super friendly though. But not worth the worrying about that fee after. And I've never invested my time in leaving a bad review before, ever. But here we are. Lots of trash left behind outside of the building as well."
