「TERRIBBLE, they never send me the check in information prior to my visit. So when I arrived there was no possible way to access. I spend all day long trying to contact them by phone and no one answered. I ended up booking another hotel because of the irresponsability of them. And now they are eefusing to refund me for a stay I did not use because of there fault. I show es up at the hotel and i was not able to access because THEIR FAULT, not mine. Waste of time, and money, I don’t recomend...

「I had a wonderful stay at this charming family hotel in Ghent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location was perfect - close to attractions and easy to explore the city. Highly recommend for a cozy and welcoming stay.」

「Excellent hospitality, nice breakfast with local bread, fruits, variety of ham, cheese, jams etc and good coffee. Spacious and clean room. The owner had a cute Italian greyhound. A knight use to live here in the 1800s, which makes this place more special. It is a recommended place to stay if you visit Brussels!!」

「Great property to stay if you sre trsveling overnigth from the airport. Close bus station but metro is bit expensive but walkable. The area is pretty safe and rooms are great for the cost. The only bad thing ls that you can hear everything from the next door. 」
