"We really enjoyed our stay in Aplend Kamzak apartments. Check in was smooth and fast, and we received a comfortable apartment with separate bedroom as booked. It had a small kitchenette, so we also could prepare some or our own meals. Cleaning is only once during your stay, but you can book extra cleaning for a fee. "I wish I could give this resort 5 stars but it’s Hotels.com’s fault and my fault for not paying closer attention to detail. When I booked this I unfortunately didn’t understand it was a FAMILY resort. It is PERFECT for families with kids. Although I was curious about the conference area. I also didn’t understand the language well and perhaps j was there on a dedicated kids weekend. As a solo traveler I was caught off guard. Other than that this resort is FANTASTIC!! Gorgeous, close to the gondola. Amenities amazing."
