「Breakfast was more than I expected from an Airport Hotel, room was small, clean and adequate. Some of the staff the male manager was great and a couple of the female reception staff were great. 」

「Nice hotel but not in Switzerland, it is in France near the border. The uber from the airport is very expensive and the shuttle also costs money. Location is very secluded and not much around. The check in and out is done at the sister hotel Ibis right beside.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」

「6 月到日內瓦參觀展覽，酒店房有冷氣，但時冷時熱。差不多每晚都熱醒。員工服務態度一般，買紀念品價錢不清楚，最後發現收多了錢。 如果要近展覽是最佳選擇，如不是就不必要了 由機場到達酒店，坐5號巴士只需5-10 分鐘 非常方便」

「The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable. There is a pretty courtyard and a glass enclosed dining area with a lovely breakfast spread. Service was...

「The location is good. Close to the city center. Walking time is 10 mins. The hotel is close to a meter parking lot where space is easily found. Staff is friendly. The room is small. Bathroom is small and not clean. Only 1 power socket is provided. Basin and taps not fixed. Bath drain clogged. 」
