「Ce n'était que pour une nuit. Disons que niveau accueil et confort, rien à dire. À préciser que l'étage n'est accessible que par un escalier droit et assez raide, et que l'insonorisation entre chambre laisse un peu à désirer.」

「We have a pleasant stay here. Although the room is small, the staff are friendly. It is located in a very beautiful small town. There are a lot of restuarants close by. The breakfast provided by the hotel is good. The room is clean but small. The lift s small, too. It can only allow 2 big suitcases with one small suitcase added with 2 adults in the lift. If you drive, there will be more things to see. If not, you can still enjoy staying there for shopping and sitting in a nice restaruants...

「We arrived in time for dinner, enjoyed a delicious meal, husband is a fussy eater upon which they followed his instructions and so had a delicious meal too. Cost of meal was very reasonable. Paid for breakfast when booking the room, worth the extra. Cooked, continental and cereals all on offer. Nice friendly atmosphere, English speaking staff and lots of parking. Highly recommend this hotel, ♥️」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided.
