Hôtel charmant

Hôtel très bien . Petit déjeuner excellent . Par contre je ne conseille pas le restaurant le soir .Menu unique 2 entrées - 2 plats donc si vous n'aimez pas je vous laisse deviner - Chère pour ce que nous avions dans l'assiette . Mais service irréprochable.

Accueil sympathique mais l’hôtel est décevant car literie très inconfortable à changer, propreté qui laisse à désirer, pas climatisation pour un prix qui reste élevé.

Chambre pas très propre auniveau de la douche(douche pour personne à mobilité réduite). Un seul repas pris le soir, ensuite nous avons mangé à l'extérieur, service tré long, arrivée 19h45 servis à 21h15... L'entretien "COVID" n'est pas appliquée les nappes restent sur les tables... l'album photos de présentation est à revoir.

En famille un 15 août. Seulement 2 menus proposés le soir, pas de carte, on ne peut pas avoir un plat seul, ou alors on ''discutera le prix'' selon le patron.. Le lendemain matin, on nous compte par défaut le petit dejeuner alors que nous ne l'avons pas pris. Bien vérifier la note au départ ! Piscine couverte en été en periode covid. La piscine est decouvrable mais le toit ne doit plus coulisser.... Bref, un séjour un peu 'particulier' qui peut plaire à certains. Nous concernant, anciens professionnels du tourisme, la notion d'accueil et de service est à revoir.

Décevant au niveau commercial

Hôtel agréablement situé avec la nature tout autour. Chambre très propre. Cependant l'accueil n'a pas été à la hauteur de mes espérance et la gérante a refusé de m'appliquer le tarif chambre individuelle car j'avais réservé une chambre double cela est anti commercial. De plus le prix de la chambre est beaucoup trop élevé au regard de la taille et des prestations fournies (wifi très moyen).
