The hotel is the best choice in Volta Redonda! The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, the breakfast and lunch are amazingly plentiful and healthy (I may have gained a couple of pounds there) the hotel features a rooftop pool, steam room and gym. Parking is free and everything is walkable.

Hotel limpo e boa localização

Já me hospedei várias vezes nesse hotel e quero fazer algumas observações desta última hospedagem. A limpeza continua impecável, o chão até brilha de tão limpo, lençóis e jogo de cama super cheirosos e funcionários muito educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O microondas no quarto é um diferencial. Achei que o café da manhã deu uma piorada, a qualidade era boa (tudo fresco), mas não vi variedades, como das outras vezes. Não tinha pão doce e nem opções de bolo. Só tinha um bolo de cenoura, algunas frutas e mais nada. Também achei o preço da diária um pouco elevado, comparando com hotéis do RJ e SP. Conheço hotéis 4 estrelas bem mais baratos com a relação custo x benefício melhor.

Hotel novo e moderno, limpeza precisa melhorar

O hotel é bem novo e moderno e em geral funciona muito bem. A cama é ótima, o blackout permite um sono excelente, o chhuveiro e forte e quente, muito bom. O banheiro deixou a desejar, pois o ralo da pia estava bastante entupido por sujeira (dava pra ver no ralo) e a limpeza da maçaneta da porta estava mal feita, nas estava aquele limpo brilhando que da pra ver que passaram um pano com produto. Mas isso não chegou a comprometer totalmente a estada, claro.
