「In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a...

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, the courtyard was lovely with stunning views, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. 「The apartment overall was very good and pleasant. If you arrive by a car the parking is just infront of the house so it's very comfortable. The only two downsides were that the bedroom was very small with a sloped ceiling so if you're a couple sleeping there can be a bit uncomforted and inconvenient, and that the stovetops didn't work.」

This hotel provides all needed in delicate way!
"The room is spacious and new. The view out of the window is beautiful. Only 5minutes walk to the lake! I can feel the owner put a lot of effort into every details, which makes the hotel delicately comfortable. For example, the quality of hand washing liquid and the shower liquid are quite good; breakfast is delicately delicious. So many such small details make me feel enjoyable to choose this hotel. But the most important is the owner understands the needs of the tourists. She put a lot of needed information in the public area, and of course you can ask questions and the owner can answer very patiently! Anyway, to choose this hotel is a good decision!"
