Simple and small, but comfortable and convenient
We feel very fortunate that we found Teplo for our first visit to Vladivostok. Many would consider the rooms small, but they are clean, comfortable and have good air-conditioning, which is necessary during the humid summer in the city. We couldn't find any TV channels in English, but the Wi-Fi signal is strong. This hotel is very close to the train station as well as several good restaurants and shopping. The staff also did their best to be as helpful as possible. This may only be a 3-star hotel, but the service and facilities went beyond our expectations for comfort and convenience and we would definitely recommend Teplo as well as stay there again if it is available.

The hotel is near the train station and attractions. It was clean and comfortable in winter. The toilet was a little narrow and the steps may make it a little dangerous for the elderly and young kids. I requested for airport transfer since I arrived at the airport at night but it was not followed through and I had to find my own way to the hotel.

Excellent small hotel, especially if you are arriving or departing by train. Short walk to railway station and convenient walk to major shopping area. Restaurants and food shops nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Washing machine on premises.

a good hotel for ordinary traveler
1. open kitchen is a representative facility of this hotel. 2. staffs are friendly and kind enough, and the location is also satisfied. 3. There are two towels that a big shower towel and a small hand towel for each person, however only one towel for a person from the second day. we didn't request small towels which are trivial for us. 4. I think the hotel pay attention to make more clean room through careful cleaning such as under beds.

나는 걱정을 했다. 특히 호텔의 청결상태나 직원의 친절정도가 궁금했다. 그러나, 나는 이곳을 경험하면서 알았다. 나는 직원들과 영어로 대화가 가능했고, 직원들은 매우 친절했으며, 손님에 대한 배려가 너무 좋았다. 관광을 위한 위치도 좋습니다. 단, 블루투스가 가능한 TV라면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 그래서, 나는 다음에 이곳을 와도 이 호텔을 이용하겠습니다.

リピート利用させてもらってます。
2度目の利用です。 ウラジオストクの駅から近く、朝食付き、またいつでも利用できる、ちょっとしたお菓子、コーヒー、紅茶の用意があって個人的にとても快適に利用させていただいています。 ホテルから駅までの間に、レーニン像の広場があり、平日はそこで食材を売っているお店が出ています。 お菓子はお土産を選ぶ際の参考にさせて貰ってます😊 Reception の方も笑顔で挨拶してくれ、とてもアットホームな感じです。部屋も清潔にされております。

이튿날에 청소요청 걸어둔 날부터(팁도 두고 나감) 매일 청소를 해주셨습니다(왜지?). 아쉽게도 베개, 이불, 시트들은 안 갈아주셨지만 수건을 깨끗한 걸로 바꿔주시고 눈 때문에 더러워진 바닥도 닦아주셔서 좋았습니다. 카운터 직원분들도 친절하시고 항상 웃으며 인사를 건네주셨습니다. 아침 조식때도 조식 당번(?) 직원분이 살뜰히 챙겨주셨습니다. 여행 기간이 긴만큼 중간에 세탁이 필요해서 여기로 한거였는데 세탁기는 못 찾고 문의하기 귀찮아서 그냥 필요한 의류를 사 입었습니다. 참고로 정수기가 따듯한 물이 안나오니 포트기로 물 끓여드세요. :)

コスパがよいホテルです。
昨冬に引き続き2度目の宿泊です。 ウラジオストク駅からも近く、付近にレストランやスーパーもあり便利な立地です。 豪華ではないけれど、清潔で最低限の設備が整っているわりに、周りの相場に比べてとても安価で宿泊する事ができました。 スタッフの皆さんもとても感じがよく、特に朝食会場の女性には色々とお世話していただきありがたかったです。 ただ今回はツインを希望していましたがダブルのお部屋だった事、シャワーの排水があまり良くなかった事が残念でした。

러시아에서 만난 사람들 중 호텔 사람들이 정말 친절했어요. 생각보다 방도 엄청 깔끔하고 아늑해서 만족스러웠습니다. 방은 살짝 추운가 싶었는데 침구가 따뜻해서 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 위치는 사알짝 아르바트거리와 좀 멀긴하지만.. 근처에 저렴한 슈퍼마켓과 주류판매점도 있고 해서 만족했어요. 강추입니다!

4泊5日の滞在でした。 チェックインの時に現地の価格での現金の支払いです。 デポジットはありませんでした。 宿泊料金は事前予約の値段より安く(表示にあったサービス料金なしなのかな？)支払いしました。 自分は英語のやりとりが苦手で、Google翻訳で会話をしましたが、理解してくれてとても安心して過ごせました。 朝食は8-11時までで、パンやちょっとしたおかず、オートミールやヨーグルトといった軽食でしたし、韓国カップラーメンも食べられて満足しました。 駅には歩いて5分以内、買い物にもバスにも困りませんし。 タオルと歯ブラシは毎日新しいものを用意してくれますが、シャンプーとボディジェルしかないので、持参することをおすすめします。 年始の旅行なので-10℃の世界でしたが、ホテルロビーや部屋の中はとても暖かく、快適でした。 コンロはなく炒め物などは出来ませんが、電子レンジやキッチンカウンターが24時間使えるので、すぐ隣のお店でフルーツを買って、カウンターでワインやシャンパンを飲んでいる外国人のこなれ感にうらやましく思えたほどです。 無理して外食しなくても、買い物してホテルで食事の時間を楽しむのもここでは正解かもしれません。

すべてにおいて大満足でした。スタッフはみんな親切だし、朝ごはんも大満足の内容でした。部屋の備品もばっちりで、近くにスーパーもあるし、ロケーションもいいです。

プリモーリエホテルの並びにあるアットホームなホテル。駅から近く、近隣にはスーパーや売店がいくつもあってとても便利。 早朝到着したためチェックインまで荷物を預かってもらったのだが、朝食を食べて行って！と勧められてとてもありがたかった。 部屋はわりと広く、ミニ冷蔵庫やポットのほか、ちょっとしたバスローブやアイロンまで用意されていた。部屋の暖房はエアコンだが充分に暖かかった。ラジエーターも使っているのだろうけど配管は外に出ておらず、出ていたら洗濯物が干せるのになーと思った。 唯一のマイナスポイントは壁が薄いところ。隣室に宿泊していたグループ客の話し声や足音が丸聞こえでちょっと辛かった。

테플로호텔 좋아요.
걸어서 블라디보스톡 기차역에서 5분거리고, 아르바트거리는 15분 정도 입니다. 친절하고 서비스도 좋고 조식도 잘먹었습니다. 저렴하게 잘 이용할수 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 방음이 잘안되어있습니다. 다음에 또 이용 예정입니다.

安いのに部屋が綺麗で非常に快適でした。強いて言えば部屋が少し暑かったので、ウラジオストクの11月なのに冷房をつけてしまいました。中心部まで歩けるのが◎。ウラジオストク駅からホテル向かう際はきつい登り坂があるので、荷物が重い方は要注意です。

방이 생각하는것보다는 작습니다. 스탠다드로 고르시면 캐리어 놓을 공간도 부족하다고 느껴집니다. 여자친구랑 기내용 10kg 짜리 가져갔는데도 펼쳐놓지 못했습니다. 방은 무조건 생각하시는 사이즈보다 크게 예약하시는걸 추천드립니다. 그 외 다른것은 모두 좋았습니다. 비쥬얼 훌륭하신 카운터 직원분들도 그렇고 다른 직원분들도 친절합니다

施設は清潔で、朝食も毎日親切にお世話してくれました。基本的に常駐されてるのが女性スタッフだったので声をかけやすかったです。 私が宿泊した部屋は シャワールームの水の流れが悪く、ドライヤーも7秒くらいしかもたなかったので入浴・入浴後に時間がかかりました。シャワールームにいるとき、隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえてきたので壁が薄いのかな？と思いましたが寝るときは気にならず。不満点はそこくらいです。 3泊4日でしたが、2日目帰ってきたらアメニティ・タオルの交換とベッドメイキングがされてました。 韓国の方が多かった印象です。ホテルでは日本人には遭遇しなかったかな。 朝食は、簡素なビュッフェ形式でしたがオートミールで結構お腹いっぱいになりました。パン、チーズ、ウインナー、果物などあって、コーヒーやカプチーノも入れてくれました。 所在地は、レストランの密集地からまっすぐ歩いたところですが、土地柄か坂道が多かったので所々雪が凍結して滑りそうだったのと、夜は静かだったので1人だと少し不安でした。 1人旅ゆえ清潔な環境で気楽に寝泊まりできればOKだったので、総じて満足でした。
