「We stayed here for one night before flying back home from Geneva. The staff were super friendly to our children which was lovely. There is also a free shuttle to the airport and you can obtain free travel passes from reception to travel into Geneva centre from the hotel using the tram (a 10 minute walk nearby). We had a lovely last night to our holiday (even squeezed in a swim in Lake Geneva) and would stay again. Only downside was the room was quite warm as the aircon isn’t very strong. 」

「The staff is extremely helpful. Because the day I stay is New Year Eve. My daughter wants to play firework. I find many shops and supermarkets but can’t find any. At last, I ask the receptionist who has golden moustache help me to check and call the shops one by one. However, all in Swiss are sold out. "Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day. One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am."
