"Convenient airport hotel, with parking and a great onsite restaurant and bar. The rooms are exceptionally basic, but do the job, suspect would be very hot in summer. Breakfast from 4am and dinner to 11pm gives welcome flexibility when travelling!"

"Dear Hotels Management, I am writing to formally complain about an error with my recent stay on 17/01/26. I specifically booked and paid for a room with breakfast included, as confirmed in my booking confirmation, Itinerary number: 72070141792555. However, upon arrival/at the restaurant, I was informed that my rate did not include breakfast. This is a clear failure to deliver the service I paid for.
