O hotel muito bom confortável, bem localizado. Ficou a desejar: Recepção minha esposa teve que subir com 5 malas e bolsas sozinha não havia ninguém para ajudar. O chuveiro bem fraco Para fazer o check out foi dificil, eu tinha um voo as 4 da manhã o atendente estava dormindo, demorou para ele acordar para me cobrar uma agua.

O hotel é amplo e muito bem organizado, o que transmite bastante conforto já na chegada. Durante a estadia, percebemos que alguns detalhes poderiam ser melhorados, como a disponibilização de itens de higiene básicos, por exemplo shampoo e sabonete. Por outro lado, a experiência foi extremamente positiva: a comida é excelente, o café da manhã é variado e saboroso, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, e a recepção foi calorosa desde o início. O estacionamento também é bastante prático e seguro. O quarto é maravilhoso, com uma cama extremamente confortável que garantiu ótimas noites de sono. No geral, adoramos a estadia e certamente recomendamos o hotel.

Razoável, mas não voltaria

Boa localização, cama confortável, café da manhã farto e bom atendimento dos funcionários. No entanto, algumas coisas simples de resolver, mas que tornaram a viagem não tão agradável. O quarto havia um zumbido o tempo todo, para dormir foi muito chato. Não sei se era do elevador, que estava próximo, mas não era a geladeira - que, quando acionava o motor, dava para perceber - nem do ar condicionado, pois não foi utilizado. O chuveiro saía pouquissima água, jatos dispersos, sendo impossível lavar a cabeça ou tomar um bom banho. Além disso, com frequência a quantidade e pressão da água do chuveiro oscilavam, de repente ficando frio. Muito muito ruim. Acredito que são coisas simples, como fiquei poucos dias não quis solicitar troca de quarto. Mas, nestas condições, não retornaria.
