Bene, ma non benissimo!!

Residence buono, forse fosse stata estate avrei detto qualcosa di più perché l’esterno sembra veramente bello.. 2 pecche.. la strada per arrivare... senza SUV non ci si arriva.. buche che nemmeno nella peggiore escursione.. problema più grosso però il ristorante.. non avrò letto io che bisognava prenotare, ma in questo periodo arrivare e sentirsi dire che è tardi per chiamare lo chef mi sembra assurdo.. consiglio anche a Hotel.com... non date il permesso di scrivere Ristorante disponibile se non è attivo sempre.. chi viaggia per lavoro non ha tempo di lèggersi tutto

La struttura, già a ma nota per l'amenita' del luogo, é molto gradevole e ottimamente ristrutturata. La parte negativa del mio soggiorno è stato l'assurdo addebito di ben 15 euro a persona (per un totale di 30 euro) per aver consegnato la chiave alla reception di soli 15 minuti di ritardo rispetto al check-out!!! La considero non solo una assurdita' che comporta la perdita di un cliente gia acquisito in passato, ma una grave scortesia! Da NON tornarci !!

Esternamente è stupendo, giardino curatissimo, bella piscina, bella hall. Le camere sono migliorabili:mancano gli appoggi come un piccolo armadio, in bagno una piccola mensola dove appoggiare il beauty case. Doccia con saliscendi da sistemare.

Struttura dall'alto fascino storico, recentemente ristrutturata con cura dei dettagli e con inserimenti di elementi di arredo pregiati e di nuovissima concezione, sia negli spazi comuni che nella camera: in particolare in questa si è apprezzata l'igiene curatissima, il letto (struttura e materasso di altissima qualità, set di lenzuola pregiate), per il bagno (sanitari sospesi e set di saponi di linea pregiata solitamente presenti in centri SPA). Molto affabile e gentile il personale alla reception e in sala colazione. Giardino con piscina accessibile anche d'inverno. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Unico piccolo suggerimento, maggior cura all'accessibilità in struttura dalla strada vicinale di pertinenza. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno presso questo hotel, prossimo a diventare anche centro SPA.

Bellissimo hotel ma...

Bellissima location, vicinissima alla città di Viterbo, bel giardino con piscina ma con delle pecche, prima di tutto il personale, abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di imbatterci al nostro arrivo in un poco socievole signore che la prima cosa che ci ha detto è stato "eh ma è presto!" Senza quasi salutare che se non avessi già pagato online avrei messo le valige in auto e girato i tacchi, per fortuna nelle ore successive un suo collega è stato l'esatto opposto cordiale e premuroso. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione. Pulizie della camera sotto gli standard minimi, polvere e un copriletto che prudeva ed era visibilmente da lavare. Nota dolente non hanno connessione internet e nessun armadio nella stanza, solo dei cassettini, per un soggiorno prolungato diventa difficile tenere le proprie cose nella valigia.

Fabulous pool

A lovely place but more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. They don't offer dinner and from what I could tell you can't order drinks, snacks etc Check in was easy albeit a little brief. Main gripe is there is no Wi-Fi in bedrooms only in the reception area which isn't stated in the hotel description . Pool area is outstanding the best pool we have experienced so far in our week tour of Italy. Love the fact that there are a small number of rooms which makes the place feel much calmer, so great for a break

Ottima struttura, tutta nuova, posizione tranquillissima, piscina per le giornate calde, personale cordiale ed efficiente. Camere ampie anche le standard. Unici lati non all'altezza del resto sono: mancanza in camera standard di armadi per riporre biancheria (solo comò piccolo ed appendiabiti) e colazione buona ma non eccelsa (manca servizio ristorazione che stanno implementando)
