"Looks good in pictures and has the potential to be a wonderful place to stay, however, the majority of the staff was so unfriendly. We have never received so many "NOs" or "We cannot do that" from a hotel. My family thought this would be a lovely 3 days relaxing in the middle of our trip, but it was the biggest disappointment over our 3 weeks through France and Spain.
