Decent for tourists, terrible for business

Was here for a business trip. The rooms are clean and roomy, and the restaurant serves decent food. I was terribly disappointed, however, at the lack of attention to detail that staff displayed. Ringing me up while I am sleeping asking if I want a chocolate tumeric drink, and then doing the same 40 minutes later if I want a massage. Nit helping with luggage to the room, or getting inconsistent advice one when something I meed will be available was another thing that really annoyed me. If you want a tourist stay, this hotel is fine. For business, however, I’d stay well clear.

Beach area was not at all clean. It would be great if some cleanup in initiated by the resort. There is some space between the rooms which is covered in green cloth which inside has so much trash. That needs to be cleaned up too.

Worst hotel ever!!!!

The most horrible 5 star hotel we ever stayed in! We went for navaratri holidays to vishakapatnam and stayed at Radisson Blu resort for two nights. Apart from being in a very comfortable room with good housekeeping and cleanliness, all other services were horrible. My daughter got so sick from the food at the restaurant and we had to take her to hospital. The food was all cold and the waiters were very rude. I asked for an empty glass for water and the waiter said they don’t have any. It’s a 5 star hotel and they have no glasses. I asked for curd to help my daughter’s stomach and another waiter said go get it yourself. I told him I would but they had run out so he needed to refill. The quality of food was below average and cold. Even after complaining yesterday this morning they gave us cold fasting food. It was pouring rain and they didn’t have enough umbrellas. The seats in the buggy were all wet and our pants were soaked twice. They are not organised at all. The beach is disgusting full of litter and garbage everywhere. Atleast Radisson could clean a small area of the beach that they have access to. Also to get to the beach in the buggy you have to pass so much waste and toilets that have bad smells. The menu said Thai veg Tim yum soup but it tasted like hot water with maggi masala, my husband vomited all Night after eating. Even though it was fasting they didn’t have any options without onion garlic. Very disappointed as we spent over 50 thousand rupees for two nights.
