「I very rarely leave a less than stellar review when I am traveling but I was not impressed by this hotel or its staff. Apparently they checked me in to the wrong room. We checked in after 10pm so the moment we got in to the room we showered, brushed teeth and climbed in to bed. The front desk called up and told is we were in the wrong room and acted like it was my issue to solve. They also expected us to pack up our stuff and change rooms to the correct one. 「Stay was fine. Breakfast area only had one waffle maker with all these people trying to make waffles. This hotel should at least have 2 waffle makers.」

「Sound insulation in room was very poor. You could hear almost everything in the neighbouring rooms. The heater/AC unit was quite noisy, and the fan couldn’t be left on to mask noises. The door and door locks were extremely noisy. You could hear all the doors and locks on the floor when they were being used. Other than that, the facilities and services were good. 」
