"The Woodlands was comfortable, offered all that we needed and more, and it was very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was quite satisfying, the shower was fabulous! Thank you!"

"Hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is good and they have coffee-tea available all day. The front desk staff can be a little more friendly and cleaning has room for improvement but at the end of the day, you get what you paid for. I would recommend it as a budget friendly option and because of location."

"What we got for the price we paid was great! Loved being so close to the beach. The cleaning staff was amazing and very helpful. However, the front desk staff was a bit terse and borderline rude when we had questions. I read on the Expedia site for this hotel that beach umbrellas were available for free use. This was not the case. That was a bit frustrating. Also, when we asked for assistance with additional parking, the staff member was reluctant to help. Overall, I would stay here again, but I would know not to expect much from the front desk staff."
