"The price was great! Things felt a bit outdated but for the price, no issues. 1 ice machine was broken and the treadmill was broken. Doors sticking also. Pool and exercise room were great! Breakfast was phenomenal! Look forward to staying here again. Close to everything we needed too."

"I have traveled to this hotel since it first opened. We have Always enjoyed our time here. I would like to bring one thing to your attention. My only feedback is regarding the foul odor that greets you as you leave the inside bar for the outside area. Other than this, which is related to the age of the property, everything was lovely! Thank you!"

"What we got for the price we paid was great! Loved being so close to the beach. The cleaning staff was amazing and very helpful. However, the front desk staff was a bit terse and borderline rude when we had questions. I read on the Expedia site for this hotel that beach umbrellas were available for free use. This was not the case. That was a bit frustrating. Also, when we asked for assistance with additional parking, the staff member was reluctant to help. Overall, I would stay here again, but I would know not to expect much from the front desk staff."

"Staff was friendly, helpful with suggestions, and willing to jump into action!! The location of the Inn next to the visitors center is ideal. The breakfast was well attended and quite adequate. Sorry, But the entrance lobby carpet was faded or dirty. Has been there for years. The entrances and driveways are poorly marked. Roadways are worn and hard to distinguish from parking lots. Two different entrances off two different roads!"

"This smaller, beachfront hotel doesn't have all the amenities that a large hotel has but it's everything you need. Room was clean and comfortable tho our shower water pressure was lacking. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The store connected to the hotel came in handy. A special note to say the fighter jets fly over this end of Virginia Beach all day until approximately 10pm and they are very loud."
