"We had to park alongside in an outdoor parking lot, which we knew because we were bringing a big box truck. What we didn't know was how pitch black it was. Very dangerous. And you have to walk up a large flight of stairs along the side to get to the lobby, which was an issue for me. As we were checking out, someone else mentioned that the parking deck was not lit well. "The property was in a great location. The fact that it is on the beach is hard at times to maintain a very clean main floor. Lots of people think it is okay to come out of the pool all wet and walk on the main floor with no regards to others. The biggest problem I had was it appeared to be mold on the ceiling. I took several pictures and show the front desk when I checked out. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant attached to the holiday is very nice."

"The property was a little rough around the edges needing a little updating. Room was very clean . Bed linens were excellent and fresh. Mattress was not as firm as I like but that’s my preference. The hotel was quiet. No ice machine on the first floor so that was a little inconvenient. All in all it was a great stay."

"Great easy stay. I was in town for a few nights and was looking for something reasonable outside of downtown. The room was clean and the bed was one of the more comfortable that I’ve experienced recently. The room was spacious, but IHG may want to consider some updates in the future."
