"very nice hotel toilet to low to the floor not good for tall people or people with bad knees and back no tub available even though the website said tub/shower plus breakfast not included you have to pay separate would recommend this hotel you also have to pay extra for parking"

"This hotel is perfect for families with little kids! All the pool options as well as the kid's room and movie theater give you plenty of activities. The dining options were decent. Some areas in the hotel are a bit dated and worn, but they have renovations planned. The location is amazing, and the beach view from the room is wonderful!"

"House keeping was great. This property is within uber distance to merchants square plus the shuttle runs until 9pm except for Sunday nights. We were a little disappointed by the AC unit in our room it never seemed to cool down the space."

"The stay was very nice for myself and family. The only complaint I have is that I made my reservations in May. I requested adjoining rooms. We were on separate floors and I requested early check in and was told ok. When I arrived, the rooms were not ready. But I will say that the staff was very nice and made sure my wait was not too long. I deeply appreciated that. My family and I had a wonderful visit. Wished we could have stayed longer. We will rebook again."
