"Property is very nice. Staff is helpful. Rooms pretty clean. Ocean view rooms on the south side(416), are right above the restaurant. Noisy and smelly kitchen exhaust is the only complaint, but it happens with a beachfront restaurant attached to a hotel. Pool nice, parking isnt horrible, but a block away. Plan your luggage loading and unloading."

"We stay at the Kingsgate every few months with our grandchildren, ages 6 and 4 and they live the amenities. The suites are always clean and the grounds immaculate. We love the Kingsgate!"

"Les employés sont courtois, le ménage est fait à tous les jours et l’accès à la plage est bien. Les frais de stationnement de 30$ par jour sont abusifs étant donné le coût de la chambre vs ce qu’elle offre. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de vagues car c’est situé dans la Baie. C’est à 15 minites"
