The rooms were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. Check in was extremely quick. The staff was very caring and attentive. I will book at this hotel again when traveling back to Virginia Beach.

I fell over something n the parking lot & bruised my face It was a very late check-in & I was full of blood The reception person would not take a report & wanted me to go back out & show him where I tripped. I was too hurt & tired. Tried to report it again the next morning but was told that they weren’t responsible Spoke to manager who said that they follow all safety measures but are not responsible for parking lot I told him that I wouldn’t sue if the waived the pet fee. He refused

This place was disgustingly dirty. Stank of weed and cigarettes. The lobby was full of people when we arrived at 1am, smoking in and outside of the lobby. Our room was round the back and even there it still stank of weed. Our room also smelled of stale cigarettes despite being a non smoking room. Bathroom was tiny and dirty. A/C was very loud and shaky and there was a leaking water sound when it cut off. Noise in and out of hotel all night long. Total rip off. Do not stay here unless you wanna get stoned.
