「I had a nice stay at Barclay Cottage Inn overall. The property was clean, reasonably priced, and conveniently located near the beach. The service was also good, and I had a pleasant experience with the staff. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I realize the property describes it as a continental breakfast, so I may have had different expectations based on some of the breakfast photos I saw online. 「Beautiful property, We always enjoy staying there while in VB」

「Great ocean front location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large breakfast buffet included was a bonus. They should include parking in the nightly rate though instead of charging $20 extra per night.」

「the position is good，service is good，safe and clean」

「Overall experience was great. It took a very long time to check in even with placing prior arrangements. Prices for water, snacks was outrageous! Went to the lounge there at the resort and paid 43.00 for 2 adult beverages, that is just rediculous. Putting a hold of 150.00 per night on a credit card for "incidentals" wow!! I understand its a resort but it was halloween not the 4th of july.」

「Excellent location, great view, nice staff, reasonable price. 」

「I surprised my husband with a birthday getaway to visit friends and honestly this hotel was a great choice. The staff were amazing, super friendly and accommodating. We loved the beachfront views. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit friends.」

「The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.」

「Very good 」

「I loved everything about this hotel and I do mean EVERYTHING! Oceanfront room with balcony, staff, breakfast! The availability of early check-in, spacious room, etc. Me and my husband was there to celebrate our 35th Anniversary but we both had allergies that flared up as soon we got there and wasn’t feeling up to doing a lot but having a room with such a beautiful view made it not so bad.」

「I will come back again 」

「Everything was great I had good time no complaints.」

「Great location and view. Always something to see」

「The staff are warm in service, the hotel has good sanitary conditions, and the breakfast is also very good. I will stay here next time!」
