Good mainly outweighs bad

Some minor niggles with this apartment complex..Electricity was switched off when we arrived, bad smell from shower drain throughout the week, walls paper thin, wifi didnt work, bins outside full, couldnt empty our bin into them. Given all that, the apartment was clean, bedding very comfortable and location was good.
