Poor experience for the stay
"I had always chosen this hotel for business trip, and this was the 5th time I stayed with the other 2 colleagues and yes I recommended it! The experience genuinely was awful this time. The heater of Room 356 was broken so I slept at very cold temperature even I was told they have central air conditioning ..."

"The theming of the hotel and the rooms is marvellous. We liked the breakfast buffet. The elevators are rather too few in number resulting in long waits.
