Helt grei med det meste var stengt ned.
Helt greit opphold utenom seseong. MC tur på gjennomreise ett døgn. 14 juni 2024. Vi var de ensete på hotellet utem om en fransk buss. Alt var stengt ned.

Kom til eit triveleg hotell, der me følte at me var velkomne. Deler av betjeningen kunne ikkje norsk, og var lite inne i datasystema hotellet nytta. Dette var eit lite minus. Ellers var det reint og ryddig. Flott beliggenhet, kan anbefales.

Vi , min samboer å jeg våknet etter første natta med vonde rygger, sa i fra til personalet som straks ordnet med ekstra madrasser, veldig bra. Kunne gjerne fått mer informasjon om maten, den falt ikke helt i smak, ellers var alt i orden.

Overnattet etter å ha kjørt fra Vestlandet over Haukeli. Et typisk norsk høyfjellshotell, litt spartansk, men dekket alle behov. Enkle rom, dårlige senger. Bra ig rimelig middag og Ok frokost - tross coronatiltak. Dyrt.

Supre skimuligheter
Hotellet lå midt i smørøyet i forhold til langrenn og alpint. Langrennsløypene var godt merket, og i ulike vanskegrader. Gode og nye badstuer var et pluss, samt en hyggelig peisestue i inngangspartiet. Sengene var gode, men hotellrommene kunne nok hatt godt av en oppgradering.

Små hvitvinglass i baren!
Hun i resepsjon var hyggelig og behjelpelig. Vi fikk et fint rom med utsikt, MEN jeg takler ikke sterke lukter. På rommet til meg og min kusine, luktet det veldig sterkt parfyme, noe jeg reagerer sterkt på. men hadde kjørt langt og orket ikke tanken på å bytte rom. Vi satte opp vinduet og gikk ned til baren etter en god blomkålsuppe. Etter suppen satte vi oss i baren, MEN aldri i mitt liv har jeg fått servert hvitvin i så små glass. Til frokost dagen derpå var uten bacon, også skuffende. Dette med vinen i så små glass, som vi fikk av damen i resepsjon, kvelden før, gjør at jeg aldri stopper hos dere igjen.

Hadde en flott overnatting på Rauland Høgfjells hotell, hoteller er gammelt men bra vedlikeholdt. Standaren er ikke 5- stjerners, men vi ble ikke skuffet på noe vis. Stille og rolig.
