「I cannot recommend this hotel. We booked our stay three months in advance and paid a non-refundable rate. When we arrived, the staff told us they had no record of our reservation. We showed them our booking confirmation and payment receipt, but they said they didn't know anything about it. 「We come from the UK to visit family in Bac Lieu and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and the laundry service was very reasonably priced and convenient. Just to note that there is no elevator- this wasn't a problem for us but it is useful to know, although the reception staff did help to carry our heavy cases up the stairs. We would definitely like to stay again next time we come to see our Bac Lieu family.」
