「Hotel uses a virtual reception desk that may challenge some people. It worked for us although there was a slight I.T. glitch that we solved! Room was a good size, breakfast was traditional and adequate. Location suited as the bus shops were nearby. 」

「From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. 「It was a fantastic hotel. Room is clean and spacious, and also modern-designed. Staff is very friendly. And the hotel is nicely located near the Geneva Lake. Highly recommend to business and families travelers. 」
