「1. Location is very good. The hotel is located in the nearest mountain around Florense, very good mountian view in the morning. Very easy to access the city by bus in front of the hotel. 2. 「Large and clean apartment, not too far from the main city attractions. We arrived by car and parked in front to the property ( maybe luckily) during our staying. The communication before the check in worked properly and the check out was simple. There are some restaurants near the apartment, but if you like to walk, there are lots of options near downtown. We are a family of four and we had a great time there.」

「Fantastic flat, however, ceiling plaster pieces/dust had fallen all over the other units common spaces. MaMo rep saw but didnt address it with his colleagues nor offered to send cleaners when he let us in. We absolutely adored the apartment and all that offered but that was an issue. MaMo’s management response was poor since I had asked for paper towels and they didnt respond for a whole day. They also neglected to get a wi-go extender- as one end of the flat had very weak wi-fi.
